Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. The present Civil Application has been taken out by the Applicant / Petitioner for the following reliefs. " (A) that this Hon'

ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to amend the cause title of Writ Petition No.5493 of 2006 by adding the words, "now known as, Piramal Enterprises Limited" after the name of the Petitioner appearing in the cause title of the above Writ Petition and carry out other consequential amendments; (B) that this Hon'

ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to amend the registered office address of the Petitioner appearing in the cause title of Writ Petition No.5493 of 2006 by replacing it with, "Piramal Ananta, Agastya Corporate Park, Opp. Fire Brigade, Kamani Junction, LBS Marg, Kurla (West), Mumbai 400 070." 2.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application and more

38.caw.95.21.doc specifically in paragraph Nos. 2 to 4 the present Civil Application should to be allowed. Civil Application therefore stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B).

Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Copy of amended petition shall be served on the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 within a period of two weeks thereafter. Re-verification is dispensed with.
