Ms. Sahana Manjesh, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Ms. Shinde, learned APP state that except the Investigating Officer all the witnesses have been examined. The Applicant is 60 years old and she was arrested on 26th May 2019. 2.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of three months.

The Applicant is at liberty to file fresh Bail Application if the trial is not concluded within a period of three months. 4.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
