Learned Counsel for the applicant states that charge has been framed as against the respondents-accused, in the said case. Perused the

2/2 904-APPLN.567to570.2015.doc order dated 29th June, 2015, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur, by which the respondents-accused were enlarged on bail. The said order is a reasoned order. No interference is warranted in the same. Even otherwise, the trial has commenced and there is nothing to show that after the respondents were granted anticipatory bail, they have misused or abused conditions of bail.

The Applications are accordingly rejected and disposed of as such.
