The allotment of Gas Agency in favour of the Respondent No.4 was made sometime in the year 2010 and the representation is made by the Petitioner for cancellation of license of the Respondent No.4 only on 10-052013. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to issue any direction for deciding the representation of the Petitioner which is the only prayer pressed before us.

The Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.
