She, however, requests that the trial of Criminal Misc. Application No. 89/2016 pending before the Juridical Magistrate First Class, Baramati, be expedited. The trial Court to communicate the aforesaid order to the respondent No. 2, as the respondent No. 2 has failed to appear in the aforesaid proceedings, despite notice being issued and if she is represented by advocate, to the advocate concerned.
