The Applicant was granted bail by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) vide order dated 03/02/2022 passed in Interim Application No.2413 of 2021 in Criminal Appeal No.829 of 2021. The Applicant was directed to be released on bail on Digitally signed by MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date:

2022.09.21 16:44:03 +0530 executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR sureties in the like amount. The Applicant was also directed to Nesarikar

Now this application is filed for extension of that time. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that because of his poverty, the applicant could not arrange for the surety within the period specified by the order granting him bail. However, now he has been successful in getting surety for himself. Since the period specified, has already expired, formal order of extension of that period is necessary.

Considering the previous order passed and the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant, the period of furnishing surety is extended by a period of six weeks from today. The application is disposed of.
