After arguing at length learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner be permitted to withdraw the Petition with liberty to submit representation before the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 for redressal of her grievances and to direct the Respondents to consider the same, if possible. According to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner though the Petitioner falls under the category of Defence-I, but after the retirement the Petitioner's father got job in Police

WP.10525/2016(907) Department so by mistake she described her category to be under Government servant, the mistake according to her is bona-fide and on such mentioning the Petitioner is not found eligible for Medical Health Science Course of the year 20162017. 2.

Be that as it may, it is open for the Petitioner to submit such representation before Respondent Nos.1 & 2 and Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 shall take appropriate possible decision in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 3.
