The above Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction against the Respondent No.4 to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint of the Petitioner dated 1st March, 2015. 2.

The Learned APP, Mrs. Shinde, tenders a copy of the FIR, which has been registered on 6th February, 2017 by the Sewri Police Station, Mumbai.

Having regard to the said fact, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous.
