After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, since the case is of the year 2016 and the applicant is in custody since 12th May 2016, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order. Application is accordingly disposed of.
