The Learned AGP tenders the letter dated 31-8-2018 of the Tahsildar, Vasai addressed to the Petitioner. It is mentioned in the said letter that the Petitioner cannot be issued a caste certificate as belonging to "Valmiki caste" for the reasons stated in the said letter. In view of the said communication dated 31-8-2018 of the Tahlsidar, Vasai, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions of the Petitioner who is personally present in court seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to take appropriate recourse against the said letter. The above Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
