This is second pre-arrest bail Application of the Applicants. Earlier Anticipatory Bail Application No. 886 of 2018 was dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty to the Applicants, by this Court by its order dated 7th June, 2018.

This Court is of the considered view that, there is no change in the circumstance, least to say any substantial change in circumstance from the last date of Order.

Application is accordingly rejected.
