After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail if the trial arising out CR No.228/2016 registered with Sion Police Station, Mumbai now culminated into Sessions Case No.23/2017 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge for Greater Bombay does not conclude within a period of nine months from today.
