This is an application for setting aside the conditional order dated 2nd August, 2016 passed by the Registrar (Judl.-II), dismissing the appeal on account of failure to remove the office objection. For the reasons stated in the application, the conditional order passed by the Registrar (Judl. II) is quashed and set aside and the appeal is restored to the file.

Applicant / Appellant to remove the office objection within six weeks, failing which the order passed above shall be deemed to have been recalled. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
