This contempt petition is filed for following reliefs : "A.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to hold that Respondent No. 2 is guilty of gross contempt and take such action against him as per law;

B.

Respondent No. 3 be held to have committed contempt in his personal capacity for failing to heed and take cognizance of Order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 11th August 2016 in Writ Petition No. 908 of 2016."

By the order dated 11th August 2016, the Division Bench of this Court recorded the statement of the learned APP that investigation in the matter would be completed within three weeks from the date of the order. The grievance of the Petitioner is that this order was not complied with by the investigating agency. Hence, this contempt petition.

The learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement patilsr 1 / 2

cp-177/17 that subject FIR was investigated and thereafter B-Summary report is filed before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 49th Court, Vikroli. Statement is accepted.
