Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned AGP for the first Respondent. The learned AGP for the first Respondent has placed on record a letter dated 4th May 2016 which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. We have perused the said letter. We find that substantial compliance with the order of this Court dated 30th March 2016 is made. However, the amount of Rs.1,22,332/- could not be paid due to technical reasons. The learned AGP on

ash caw-546.16 instructions of Ms Sapana B. Dawre, the Assistant E.E. States that the amount will be released to the Applicant within a period of one week from today. We accept the said statement. In view of the said statement and in view of the said letter dated 4th May 2016, nothing survives in this Application and the same is disposed of.
