By this application, applicant is seeking stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 5.5.2016, passed by City Civil Court, Mumbai in Summery Suit No.996 of 2015. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been served with Notice of attachment of property, in the Execution Application No.370 of 2016, filed by the respondent. 3.

In view thereof, stay is granted to the execution of the decree subject to applicant's depositing the entire decreetal amount of 1/2

27 CAF 4292 OF 2016.doc Rs.1,92,332.31 ps, in this Court, within a period of four weeks from today. On failure to deposit the said amount within the stipulated period, stay will stand automatically vacated.
