The challenge in these revision applications is to the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge directing the accused deposit entire cheque amount as condition for suspension of sentence.

This Court by order dated 15th September 2021 directed the accused to deposit 20% of the compensation amount before the learned Sessions Court. Accordingly, the applicants have deposited 20% of the compensation amount.

In that view of the matter, the order impugned stands modified to the effect that deposit of 20% of the compensation amount. The Appellate Court shall, therefore, decide the respective appeals filed by the applicant on its own merits 4.

The criminal revision applications stand disposed of in above terms. No costs.
