By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks an order and direction against the respondent no.1 to decide the grievance made by the petitioner by various representations annexed at pages 20 to 33.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 states that those representations will be decided within eight weeks from today. Statement is accepted. The respondent no.1 is directed to decide those representations within the time prescribed.

The order that would be passed by the respondent no.1 on the representations made by the petitioner would be conveyed to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of such order. 5.
If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 6.
Writ petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No order as to costs.
