Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State, in our considered view, this petition can conveniently be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2 Deputy Collector, to decide the petitioner's application dated 4th August, 2015 which is annexed at Exhibit "C" to this petition, for grant of caste certificate, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. 2.

Needless to say that the said application shall be decided in the light of directions given by Aurangabad Bench of this High Court, in WP No.4536 of 2014.

Petition is disposed in above terms.
