The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the proposal was submitted seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as a Clerk. Same is not yet decided. The learned AGP waives notice for all the Respondents. In case the proposal (Page 22 of the Writ Petition) seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as a Junior Clerk is pending with Respondent No.2, then Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merit in accordance with law and policy preferably within six months.
