Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the suit shed is a temporary monsoon shed. He further submits that this being a temporary monsoon shed, the appellant is going to remove on 31.10.2017.

In view of this, Appeal from Order is disposed of accordingly. The respondent-Municipal Corporation not to take coercive action till
