The Petitioner is aggrieved by the construction of Sewage Pumping Station in the alleged Amenity Space at Survey No. 53A/2/3 at Anandvali Shivar, Nashik. It is not in dispute that the construction of the Sewage Pumping Station is the subject matter of a suit filed by the Society of which the Petitioners are members. It is pointed out by the Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 2 that the construction of the Sewage Pumping Station is at the stage of completion. 2.
