Learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the respondent no.1 have tendered the consent terms dated 16th December, 2019 signed by the parties. Insofar as the appellants are concerned, the appellants have passed a resolution authorizing the signatory Mr.Pravin Mohanlal Sakariya to sign the consent terms on behalf of the appellants. A copy of the resolution is annexed to the consent terms. The signatures of the parties are identified by their respective advocates. First Appeal No.1421 of 1999 is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Refund of Court fees, if any, as per Rules. 4.

In view of the disposal of the First Appeal, Civil Application No.3322 of 2019 stands disposed off. No order as to costs. 5.
