1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, they had tried to contact the petitioner by sending letters, however, the said letters have returned back with remark "not existing at the said address". She further submitted that, during last 10 years, petitioner did not contact the Advocate on record.

2] In view thereof, it appears that, the petitioner is not interested in perusing the present petition.

Hence, dismissed for want of prosecution.
