Despite extension of time, the applicant has not filed affidavit in regard to the marital status. Therefore, the Civil Application No.4195 of 2014 seeking withdrawal of the compensation is hereby dismissed. However, such dismissal shall not preclude applicant from once again applying for withdrawal of compensation after setting out true and correct particulars with regard to her marital status.
