Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 1st July 2016, Shri N.G. Patil, former District and Sessions Judge has filed statement of disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Statement of disclosure filed by the proposed arbitrator is taken on record and is accepted. 2.

Shri N.G. Patil, former District and Sessions Judge having his address at Prajakta Hind Paradise, Near Atharv Siddhi, Tarabai Park, Kolhapur - 416 003 is appointed as a sole arbitrator. There is no dispute that the arbitration agreement exists between the parties. 3.

Arbitration petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
