This Application is preferred by the Plaintiff for return of original documents as stated in paragraph 4 of the Civil Application i.e. agreement dated 16/10/1989 and affidavit dated 17/10/1989 executed by Smt. Ranjana D.

Khedekar. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he requires both these documents for verification by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority to decide eligibility of the Applicant.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons disclosed by the Applicant in paragraph 4 of the Civil Application, I am of the opinion that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Application.

Hence, the following order:

a.

The Applicant is permitted to collect agreement dated 16/10/1989 and affidavit dated 17/10/1989 executed by Smt. Ranjana D.

Khedekar which are at Sr.No.3 and 4 respectively, in the list of documents filed by the Applicant in the Trial Court and same are in the record and proceedings, on condition that the Applicant will furnish a true photocopy of the said documents and shall return the said original documents immediately after verification by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority and/or within one and half year, whichever is earlier.

Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
