Having regard to the relief sought vide prayer clause (i), which reads thus :

"(i) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 to transfer the FIRs and CRs as described in Para (3) registered in the Respondent Police Stations against the Petitioners on the basis of fake caste certificates to Agripada Police Station or any other Police Station of this Hon'ble Court's choice or to the Crime Branch i.e. C.I.D."

We direct the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, to take an appropriate decision in that regard by taking into consideration all the relevant URS
