Heard Mr. Aabad Ponda, learned senior counsel. 2.

Apart from reasons recorded in the order dated 28th October, 2021 while ordering temporary bail, it is submitted that there is unexplained delay in lodging FIR. As such, ad-interim protection stands confirmed.

In the event of arrest in C. R. No.261of 2019 registered with Tardeo Police Station for the offence punishable under sections 384, 34 of IPC, applicant shall be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. 4.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

As such, application stands disposed of.
