In view of sub-Clause (v) of Clause 1.9 of the Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations for Maharashtra State, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to make a representation to the State Government.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

If the said representation is made within two weeks from today, we direct the concerned Principal Secretary to the Ministry of Urban Development Department, Mantralaya to hear the Petitioner and decide the representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
