Mr. Patil, learned APP, on instructions from Assistant Police Inspector Mr. V. J. Mahangade attached to Sasawad Police Station, Pune (Rural), submitted that, Crime bearing C.R. No.482 of 2022, dated 25th November 2022 for offences under Sections 465 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC') has been registered with Saswad Police Station, Pune (Rural) on the basis of complaint lodged by the Petitioner. 2.

In view of the above, the main grievance of the Petitioner does not survive as of today.

As far as prayer for transfer of investigation is concerned, we deem it appropriate to grant sufficient period to the Investigating Agency with whom the aforestated crime is registered, to conclude the 1/2

Petitioner is permitted to record his additional statement with the Investigating Agency, if so advised.
