Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

By an order dated 18th August, 2023, this Court was persuaded to grant interim bail to the applicant as prima facie it did not appear that there was material to connect the applicant with the crime.

It seems that the applicant has appeared before the investigating officer and cooperated with the investigation. 4.
