1) This is an application for intervention by the applicants who claim themselves to be partners of of the applicants in ABA No.1185 of 2016 and ABA Nos.1186 of 2016. The applicants are neither the complainants nor the first informants in CR No.419 of 2015 registered with Bangur Police Station, Mumbai. If at the applicants want to assist the Investigating Officer they are at liberty to record their statements with the police. The applicants have no locus-standi to intervene in either of the Anticipatory Bail Applications
