This Civil Application is taken out for modification of paragraph 7 of the order dated 07.01.2016 by introducing the words 'all applications' in paragraph 7. 3.

The matter was heard on 29.08.2018 before the regular Court presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice R. D. Dhanuka. As the petitioner sought clarification of order, office was directed to place the matter before me. 4.

A perusal of the order dated 07.01.2016 shows that the learned trial Judge was directed to decide the 1/2

CAW1886_18.doc application for injunction and thereafter not to proceed with the hearing of the suit until further orders of this Court. By that order, notice for final disposal of the Petition was also issued to the first respondent. After perusing the order dated 07.01.2016, no case is made out for modification of the order. Civil Application is disposed of reserving liberty to the applicant herein to move the regular Court for disposing of the Petition in terms of the order dated 07.01.2016. It is made clear that I have not examined merits of the Petition. Order accordingly. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) Minal Parab 2/2
