DATED : 13th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- The learned APP state that the Investigating Officer has issued a notice u/s.41A on 25/6/2022. The applicant is expected to comply with the said notice by reporting to the Investigating Officer within a period of seven days from today. Upon his presence, the Investigating Officer shall follow the procedure prescribed u/s.41A and shall record reasons in case if he arrive at a conclusion that the custodial interrogation is necessary.

In case if he wants to effect arrest of the applicant in the subject C.R, he shall give 72 hours advance notice. Application is disposed off.
