The petitioners claim to be appointed as Junior Clerk in a minority institution in the year 2020 after the staffing pattern was sanctioned under the Government Resolution dated 28th January 2019. The appointment of petitioners is approved. While proposal for Shalarth ID was was submitted, the Deputy Director of Education again sought report from the Education Officer. The Education Officer has not submitted the report as yet.

The Deputy Director of Education was only concerned about availability of the sanctioned post. The petitioners are appointed in the minority institution. He should not have indulged in 1/2

The Deputy Director of Education shall take decision on the proposal within six weeks from today.
