This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of the respondent no.1 Shri Sadashiv Krishnaji Shinde on record. According to the learned counsel Shri Sadashiv Krishnaji Shinde has expired on 28th August 2013. The death certificate is on record. There is as delay of 1 year 291 days in filing the application. However, taking into consideration the fact that the appellant as on today is 96 years old. 2.
