The application is taken out for restoration of the above writ petition. The writ petition was placed before the Registrar (Judicial-I) on 1st February, 2017. Since the petitioners did not remove the office objections raised by the Registry, they were granted four weeks time to remove the same, failing which, the petition was to stand dismissed automatically. The petitioners could not remove the office objections within the stipulated time and, therefore, the petition was dismissed. 2.

The petitioners by making averments in paragraph 6 of the present application have explained the circumstances under which the Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

14. caw 2643.17.doc office objections could not be removed within stipulated time. The delay occurred in filing the present application is also sufficiently explained. The learned counsel for the petitioners makes a statement that the office objections will be removed within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

In the light of the above, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) and is disposed off as such. The petition is restored to its original file.

The Registry is directed to place the petition for admission on 29th January, 2018.
