IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL WRIT PEITION NO.3587 OF 2015 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Office Notes, Office Memorandam of appearances, Court's orders or directions & Registrar's orders.

Court's or Judge's orders ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ......

Mr. S.R. Mishra, Advocate for the Petitioner. Mrs. Sangeeta Shinde, APP for Respondent - State. ......

CORAM : NARESH H. PATIL AND PRAKASH D. NAIK, JJ.

DATED :

AUGUST 22, 2016.

P.C. :

The grievance of petitioner is that an offence is required to be registered under the Indian Penal Code. Learned APP submits that police treats this as an accidental case. Therefore accidental death (AD) is registered. In case petitioner wants to prosecute his cause further, he may resort to appropriate alternate remedy, as may be available in law. By keeping all issues on merits open, writ petition is disposed of.
