DATED : 11th MARCH, 2022 P.C:- The learned counsel for the Insurance Company seek withdrawal of the First Appeal.

In the wake of the aforesaid statement and the withdrawal being permitted, the necessary fee shall be refunded to the appellant as per Rules.

The respondent shall be permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited before the Tribunal along with interest as accrued thereon.

The statutory amount which is lying in this Court shall also be remitted to the Tribunal and the appellant shall be permitted to withdraw the same.
