Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The counsel for the applicant is not ready with the matter. Even on 6.6.2017, no one appeared on behalf of applicant.

Considering these facts, following order is passed:

a) Applicant to pay cost of Rs.10,000/-.

b) Cost to be deposited in the office of the Mohite 1/2

6 caw2378-14 Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay, within one week from today, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c) Matter to appear on board after two weeks.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 to 10 submits that Administrator is already appointed on the petitioner Society. He submits that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call Administrator whether he wants to proceed with the matter or not. He further submits that earlier also this court called upon the Administrator to explain his stand in this matter. Till date, he has not taken any steps.

Liberty granted to the advocate for the respondent nos.4 to 10 to inform the administrator about the order passed by this court and direct him to remain present in court on the next date.

Stand over for two weeks.
