Perused FIR. It clearly demonstrates that a huge mob went to the police station and though the police were recording the complaint, it appears that some demands were made and threat was extended.

Needless to mention that our observations are only for the purposes of refusing to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. and does not, in any way, eclipses the contentions available to the Applicants on merits.
