The learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepts that on the earlier occasion, the Petitioner and other candidates had approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and certain orders were passed by the Administrative Tribunal. Thereafter, the authorities, pursuant to the orders, has passed the impugned order. The learned Counsel states that the Petitioner will approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. Keeping all the contentions of the parties open, the writ petition is disposed of.
