We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as the Petitioner's caste claim is pending with Respondent No.1(a) since 2012. The Petitioner is taking education based on the caste in question. He is pursuing his studies since 2012. We direct the Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim, as early as possible, preferably within nine months. Pending the same and four weeks thereafter there is no

rsk WP-8390-13 question of coercive steps against the Petitioner for want of Caste Certificate in question.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. 4.
