The Investigating Officer who is present in the court states that he has served a notice under section 41A of the Cr.P.C. upon the applicant who is apprehending his arrest in C.R.No.221 of 2022 registered at Kasarwadavali Police Station.

Upon instructions, the counsel states that the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days. The Officer shall follow the procedure prescribed under section 41A of Cr.P.C. and in case he is desirous of effecting his arrest effect, he shall record the reasons to that effect and give 72 hours advance notice before proceeding to arrest. 2.
