ORDER:- We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, as both the learned counsel appearing for the parties make statement that the learned Chairman of Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal is available and the next date of the matter is fixed on 28 November 2016 before the Appellate Tribunal. The interim protection dated 3 May 2012 granted by DRAT, further continued by this Court till 28 November 2016. It is made clear that the learned Chairman of the Tribunal to pass appropriate order on its own merits, uninfluenced by 1/2

The parties to co-operate, so that they should not be suffer hardship for want of hearing on interim Application. In view of this, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. All contentions are kept open.
