Accordingly, this Appeal From Order Stamp No.24701 of 2016 is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. It is clarified that such disposal is subject to the realization of the amount of Rs.9 lakhs as stated in paragraph no.2 of the consent order. The appellant however states that the amount will be realized and in any case, she undertakes that the amount will be paid to the respondent in case of their being any problem about the pay order.

In view of the disposal of the Appeal From Order the Civil Application does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
