Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in custody since 20/07/2020. The charge-sheet is already filed but the trial has not yet commenced. He submitted that if the trial is made time bound, then he is not pressing this application. A request is reasonable.

The trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of nine months from today.

With these observations the application is disposed of as not pressed.
