By this Civil Application, the applicant / insurance Company seeks stay to the operation and execution of the impugned judgement and award dated 18.10.2014 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, in Application (WCA) No.662/C-159 of 2013. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the entire lumpsum amount of compensation of Rs.7,51,056/- alongwith interest accrued thereon with 12% interest is deposited by the insurance company with the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, Mumbai. 2.
