This is an application for quashment of conditional order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) refusing registration of the petition on account of failure of the Petitioner to remove office objection. 2.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The conditional order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) on 02.04.2018 is quashed and set aside and petition is restored to its original file.
